It proved to be (to me at least) quite hard to find any good (pure)css tabs. There are plenty of tab menus based on css solely, but I couldn’t find any good in page ones, just to show different page content. I saw a lot at all the great css sites around, but definitely the best (for my purpose at least) are the basic ones from css-tricks.
They are easy and basic and don’t depend on ‘span’ elements to contain the content. Just have a look at the css-tricks page.
BTW, I must say that there are a lot of different pure css menus out on the web, at css play and other sites, and I found some online generators as well.
