Below is a series of extensions for Dreamweaver I made, note that I don’t maintain them!
Bello Contact Form Extension (Dreamweaver CS4, CS5, CS6 extension)
This Object Creates a html/php contact form with auto response option, JS e-mail validation option and captcha security image. The image can also be refreshed. If you like this script please rate it at Hotscripts.com and spread the word!
Bello Rounded Corners
This object adds a div with rounded corners to your page according to your specifications. If you want to add more than one div with different colors you have to change the class in the class box. Round corners will only show up in the BROWSER (ctr+F12 to testdrive) because it is based on javascript.

This object adds the meta tags for page fade in/out transition to your page.

This object adds a “print this page” button to your page according to your specifications.

Bello Hits Counter
This object adds a php hitscounter to your page. The counttext can be specified in the users interface settings. If you have ran the BHitsCounter object you are prompted to save two files in your sites root directory. Click yes! You should upload these scripts (BHitsCounter.php and count.txt) to your server and set the permissions for the count.txt file to 777 (to do this rightclick on the count.txt file in the external site window in dreamweaver and choose permissions, than enter 777 and click ok). I have only tested it to work when the page the hits are counted on is located directly in the root folder of your site but it should also work in subfolders.
Have Fun! This hits counter works with php so will only function when php is enabled on the remote server.

Bello Transparency1-2
This object adds all the necessary css to acheave cross browser transparency to your page.

Bello Datepicker-2.0.
The object installs a javascript datepicker in your site at the cursor point. The inserted widget has tags around it. If you want to insert the widget in anoter form you have to remove those form tags of the inserted code.
Bello Breadcrumbs
The object installs a Breadcrumbs navigation in your page or template at the cursor point. To style the breadcrumbs, modify the BBreadcrumbs.css file in the javascript folder that is automatically inserted into your site.
Bello_IFrame
This object lets you easily add an iframe with all the necessary parameters to your dreamweaver page.
Bello Copyright
The object installs a automatically updated copyright notice to your page or template at the cursor position.
Bello_colorpicker
Adds a formfield with colorpicker to your Dreamweaver webpage.
Bello_Calculator
Adds a verry basic javascript calculator to your dreamweaver page.
Bello Scrollbar-1.0
Adds the css styles to change the appearance of your scrollbars to the page. The css applys to the scrollbars that surround the page it is inserted in.

Can you tell me if your Dreamweaver contact extension is supposed to generate a contact.php in the bello folder? Everything seems to work except no php page is generated. Thanks in advance for the help.

Sorry for the late response, I’ve been busy!
The extension inserts a contact.php file!
If it doesn’t in your case there’s something wrong, it wordks prefectly in my DW CS4.
attached in this mail is a screenshot of the dreamweaver folder and content that
s inserted.
